Dušan Lukšić

Founder

He was born in 1968 in Kotor. After studying at law faculties in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina, and in Podgorica Montenegro, Dušan was gaining work experience during 1995. as trainee in Basic court in Kotor, and from 1996. he has started working in law office of attorney Dragoljub Đukanovic in Podgorica.
After passing bar exam he registred himself in Bar Association of Montenegro as an attorney, and continues working in same law office as attorney, and eventually as attorney-partner. With Marija Zivkovic Milić starts new law office in 2013. ,,Lukšić& Živković-Milić”, and from january 2023. He remains only founder of law office.

Questions and Answers

Labor law

The answer is no. The employee is obliged to submit a proposal to the Agency for Peaceful Resolution of Labour rights, or to the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution before starting proceedings in front of the court.

Yes, there is. Employee whose employment relationshiphas ended, can immediately initiate proceedings before the court.

Criminal law

This act, in absence of a valid legitimate reason, represents an illegal interference with the right to defense, and results of the secret surveillance in that part can not be used as evidence in the proceedings in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph 2 of Law on Criminal Procedure.

– in disputes that are regulated by law as small value disputes up to (1.000,00 EUR)
– in disputes regarding compensation for damages from an insurance contract, if one party is an insurance company;
– in there is obligation prescribed by law(labour disputes, family disputes etc.)
